The DLT VS80 offers the industry’s first half-high, 5.25-inch form factor and offers 80GB of compressed capacity and a 6MB/sec compressed transfer rate. Available as an internally configured unit, a tabletop or a rackmount unit, the DLT VS80 uses standard DLTtape IV media, and is backward read compatible with the popular DLT 4000 and DLT1 tape formats. As part of the industry-leading DLT family, the DLT VS80 provides a strong, scalable solution that can be used with confidence. The DLT VS80 is read and write compatible with the DLT1 and read compatible with the DLT 4000.
